For PoS staking products, interest distribution time varies due to the on-chain staking mechanisms. Interest could be distributed daily, weekly, or upon redemption along with the principal. For DeFi products, interest is distributed the day after your redemption along with the principal, and rewards are distributed at about 12:00 UTC daily.
