- consistent 100% CAGR on personal pf over a span of 4 years
- deep familiarity with defi protocols (eg. morpho, euler, pendle) and yield farming dynamics, member of many higher level discords
- has quite a few smart followers on X, >3k followers
- runs own telegram and discord community focused on defi opportunities
- strong network with defi teams and yield farmers
Personal note: Definitely one of the more locked in participants when it comes to squeezing out yield and managing risk.
I often times tag him in the KHAG private chat when I need a quick opinion on something since I do this crypto stuff passively, and he's mostly available and knows the spiel so yeah.
Candidate #2:
- early 20s
- can speak FOUR languages (english, hindi, tamil, telugu) 🤣🤣🤣
- has been modding a particular Solana project's discord that I myself am very fond of and have a lot of my money in (refcode is katexbt) for almost a year
- preferred roles: content creation( X acc intern), CM/growth
- part-time/fulltime remote role (maybe relocation in extreme cases)
- 2 years of hands on airdrop/content experience (3100 followers on here, good yaps/smart followers too, 2M impressions last 3 months)
- strong in python and ML theory (DS), SQL
- familiar with CPP (DSA and OOPS), python modules, powerBI, etc
- Personal note: I can vouch for him personally that he's a high integrity character and is very "street smart" and can get things done.
Have done many deals (low in $ amount, high in importance and sensitivity) with him and most people from my group can vouch for them, have references from his other place of employment too.
