Announcement on LTC Node upgrade

According to the Node Upgrade Instructions from LTC (Litecoin) community, MWEB (Mimblewimble Extension Block) will activate at block height 2,265,984 at 6:00 am UTC on May 20.
To ensure that LTC Node will be successfully upgraded, OKX will suspend the LTC deposit and withdrawal from 2:00 am UTC on May 20. Deposit and withdrawal will be recovered until further announcement.
